This practice combines the services of our Contract Recruiting and Consulting Practices to provide clients with a turnkey solution to the management of both Full-Time and Contractor resources. Our proven methodologies and software systems are integrated into our client’s environment to manage a network of qualified sub-contractor company relationships, producing a single point of contact for administration, management, and performance measurement. Clients no longer need to spend administrative time on the management of multiple vendor relationships and contract arrangements, and there is much less time spent by the project managers in dealing with sales calls by hundreds of vendors.
