 LinerGroup pays $150.00 per month of Full-Time employee's premium

All Coverage starts on 1st day of the month following date of employment.
  • Referral Bonuses: Up to $2,000 depending upon longevity of employment
All Immediate
  • Non-Qualified Retirement Plan (Simple IRA) with 100% Company match up to 3% of compensation
All Immediate
  • Paid off-time accrued at 1 day per month of employment for first year, 1.5 days per month for years 2 and 3, and 2 days per month over 3 years of employment.
All full-time salaried employees First day of month following employment date
  • Tuition/Training Reimbursement - $2,000 to $5,000 per year, depending on length of continuous employment
All full-time salaried employees Six months of employment
  • Paid Holidays:  7 fixed + 2 “floating” to coincide with client holiday schedules
