IT Recruiters - Connoisseurs of Talent

LinerGroup, Inc. is a new Internet and E-Business consulting company with a new concept. We are looking for IT Recruiters who are willing to not only recruit for our consulting needs, but are also available to work for our larger clients as a contract recruiter for a specific period of time. When the contract assignment is over, you come back to our office to continue recruiting for our consulting staff. We also support telecommuting needs where applicable.

The position requires a minimum of two years of IT recruiting experience, with an emphasis on recruiting Internet and E-Business skillsets such as Java, C++, VB, Cold Fusion, CORBA, COM/DCOM, and relational database experts. Familiarity with one or more recruiting software packages is desirable, and a positive, can do approach is a must.

As a LinerGroup recruiter, interpersonal skills and a client satisfaction attitude are important. It is expected that you will be on contract approximately 50% of the time. Previous contract recruiting experience is a plus.

Our compensation package includes a base salary, a bonus based on your billable hours, commissions on consultants hired for LinerGroup, and Stock Options.

If you prefer, we can also work with you on a project by project basis, where your compensation would be based on an hourly salary plus a bonus for successful placements.
